5. Data Retention and Account Deletion

• Payment records are retained for 7 years in line with UK tax obligations
• Anonymised, aggregated data that cannot identify you or your child may be retained for service improvement

15. Competitions and Prize Draws

From time to time, Julie AI Ltd may run competitions, prize draws, or giveaways ("Promotions") on our website or social media channels. These terms apply in addition to any specific terms published with an individual Promotion.

Eligibility. Promotions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, unless otherwise stated. Employees of Julie AI Ltd, their immediate families, agencies, and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per person unless the specific Promotion states otherwise. Entries made on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

How to Enter. Details of how to enter will be set out in the specific Promotion post or page. No purchase is necessary to enter unless the Promotion explicitly requires a purchase as a condition of entry. Entry instructions must be followed exactly; incomplete or incorrect entries may be disqualified. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or fail to arrive due to technical or other reasons.

Closing Date. Each Promotion will have a stated opening and closing date and time. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

Winner Selection. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received, unless the specific Promotion states a different selection method. The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date. The winner will be notified by email or direct message using the contact details provided at entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the draw, or fails to respond or claim the prize within the timeframe specified, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

Prize. The prize is as specified in the Promotion and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control. Publicity. By entering a Promotion, winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Promotion if requested, including the use of their name and likeness on our website and social media channels. Refusal to participate may result in forfeiture of the prize.
